Walk the shelf and talk: “Ampersand gin two and a half, Lagavulin sixteen two, Ketel One out.” Name, then amount in bottles; pauses or commas between. Kala shows what it heard as you go — a bottle it doesn't know comes back as a question, one line to add it. Press Listen to keep the mic open (Safari on an iPhone; AirPods work), or tap the box and use the keyboard's mic.
This is Kala's read — correct it before you send it. Change the bottle, the amount or the size on any line; ✕ drops a line; ⤴ adds a line into the earlier line for the same bottle, or the line above (two counts of the same bottle from two shelves). A stranger gets a name box: fix the spelling and it's added by the bottle, or point it at a bottle that's here. Lines with no amount are skipped. “Read it again” rebuilds the table from the words and loses your edits.

Type a number and the difference books as a correction; a blank row is skipped, never zeroed, so a partial count is safe. Bottles are counted in bottles — 2.5 is two and a half.
Tick the bottles that are one thing, choose the survivor:
