What Kala can read
Recipe workbooks (.xlsx) — like the Mackenzie Room costing template: one sheet per recipe with a Recipe / Yield / Portion Size header and a QTY | INGREDIENTS table. Quantities like 4lbs, 2000G, 4x354ml, 2 packs are understood. Cooking directions are kept as recipe notes.
